Being a part of an organization can be exciting. It’s a place to share ideas, collaborate and feel as though you are making a difference. And, sometimes it can be stressful. Personality conflicts, communication break down and even remote working can contribute to stress in the workplace. As the Humor, Laughter, and Improv Coach, I teach corporate teams to use improv to improve creativity, communication, team building, and innovation with their clients and within their organizations. Improv skills lay the foundation for helping stressed out teams reconnect, communicate, be more productive, and adapt to change.
In the work I have done with corporations, associations, and organizations I have found there are three main stressors:

~ Stressed-out teams
~ Poor or lack of communication
These three stressors can wreak havoc on teams and cause a breakdown of productivity.
Humor, laughter, and improvisation are skills and tools that can help get to the heart of the matter in an effective, yet, playful way.
