In these interactive, playful events, you’ll learn how to use improvisation skills to connect, communicate, and collaborate; harness your stress and convert it into playful energy; learn to use improv skills to improve your public speaking skills. No worries if you’re not an actor, comedian, or if you’ve never taken an improv class! Improv skills allow us to be in the present moment, practice communication skills--listening and public speaking, and practice lifting others up and making others look good.

A Life is Improv Workshop...for STRESS MANAGEMENT
Ideal For
Corporations and organizations whose team members are experiencing
burn-out, resulting in lack of energy, short fuses, lack of communication,
increased sick days. And, a litany of other health issues that can appear
when stress is not handled properly or diffused in healthy ways. Through
this program, participants will experience the overall feel-good results of
infusing play, joy, mirth, laughter, and healthy humor into their work days.
In addition, they will learn scientific research behind why living life from
a lighter perspective can improve overall health and well-being.
This program is also an ideal fit for healthcare practitioners (such as
nurses, doctors, and assisted living facility staff); Program can also be
